Teaching-by-project: Towards Robotics Education for Industry 4.0
This page describes the implantation of robotics education into the undergraduate (AC20) and postgraduate (TW53, UN56, MC55, TO52) courses at the University of Technology of Belfort-Montbliard (UTBM) in France, in order to meet the challenges brought by the arrival of industry 4.0. By using the teaching-by-project approach, we not only teach mobile robotics, but also cover industrial robotic arms, driven by current trends in mobile manipulators. In addition, the content of the projects is oriented towards the problems and needs of the industry and is directly linked to the research conducted by the mentors. We present in this page the results achieved by our very own students, in chronological order.
